Branding and Content Marketing Project

Developed a comprehensive Brand Style Guide for 'Momiji Stationery,' a virtual boutique brand that harmonizes traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern functional design. I led the creation of a cohesive identity system to ensure brand consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Established a robust market entry strategy by defining a unique USP (Unique Selling Proposition) that bridges heritage and modern lifestyle. I conducted in-depth Target Audience profiling and Market Positioning to ensure the brand stands out as a "Premium yet Accessible" lifestyle choice.

Applied the SMART Goal framework to transform creative vision into measurable business outcomes. I set specific, data-driven targets—such as achieving 5,000 monthly website visitors and building a 1,500-follower Instagram community—to track brand growth and engagement.

Defined the brand’s core personality through a curated Visual Identity (Sumi Ink Black & Vibrant Orange) and a Sophisticated Tone of Voice. This included selecting typefaces and photography styles that align with our slogan, "Own your Pen, Own your Day" to evoke a sense of warmth and authenticity.
